Long Furlong Barn Wedding Photographer
AAAAAAAhhh I’m so happy that I finally got back to blogging! I’ve been meaning to show you guys this beautiful wedding of Chris and Fliss I photographed at the Long Furlong Barn. It was such an amazing day, from start to finish!
A little backstory – I first met C+F for their Engagement Session in Arundel. We walked and talked about their wedding (which already sounded awesome!) and took some beautiful photos! They are both such great and kind people and generally awesome to be around! Now, let’s go back to their actual Wedding Day!
At the Venue
I arrived at the venue in the morning. It was my first time at Long Furlong Barn which is awesome because I love shooting at venues I’ve never been to before. The first thing I noticed was how amazing the views were. I also spotted a beautiful wheat field just opposite the barn, which I knew I’d have to photograph C+F out in there later in the day!
Fliss was already getting ready at the venue with her bridesmaids when I arrived. The atmosphere of the whole morning was super relaxed which is always amazing, just as it should be! Chris and his groomsmen arrived at the venue before the ceremony to meet and greet his guests whilst making sure that every detail was looked after and everything was ready for their ceremony.
After C+F were officially husband and wife, it was the time to celebrate! Drinks and canapes entered the scene whilst the wedding party had fun outside. Just before the wedding breakfast, I had a chance to take C+F into the field for those stunning portraits I’d pictured that morning!
The evening reception was all about dancing and having fun. We managed to sneak out to catch a bit of this beautiful golden sunset light! It was so worth it!
