Pembroke Lodge Wedding Photography
Aaaah when I hear that somebody is getting married at Pembroke Lodge, it always makes me happy. I’m sure I said it before, but I’m gonna say it again!I love shooting weddings at Pembroke Lodge! Ha! The reason is, one of my first weddings as a Wedding Photographer was here, So it’s always good to be back! I was sooo happy when Sam and Jeni told me that they would be married at this awesome place!
I arrived to photograph Jeni getting ready at the beautiful Petersham Hotel. She was getting ready surrounded by her closest family and friends. Awesome! She wore a beautiful, long lacy wedding dress with a special sign embroided onto it to make it even more special! Such an brilliant idea!
Sam was at the venue, meeting and greeting their guests. He also made sure that everything is ready for the arrival of his wife-to-be. The ceremony was filled with laughter and a few joyful tears. Whilst they walked outside, they were sprinked with confetti. Luckily for us, it was hot and sunny outside.
Straight after the speeches, I took my couple away for some beautiful portraits. It seemed like weather wasn’t on our side as it just started raining. That didn’t stop us from going and taking awesome photos! We had a little walk to the rose garden nearby which was also a perfect place to capture these amazing people who were so in love! Afterwards we headed back for cake cutting and the first dance. I was amazed, because after the first dance literally everybody was up and enjoying themselves on the dancefloor like there was no tomorrow! It’s a heaven for a photographer as there was so much to capture! Incredible!
